International Students Winter Celebration

Hi guys! Tonight I went to a Christmas dinner/ winter celebration for the international students at my school. Well it was more a winter celebration. It was okay. They had food, some (crazy) games and a photo booth. I had karaoke too, but I don't know how many people sang. I went there with my friend ShanShan and when we arrived at school we met up with Mariella and Sandra and a friend of their's Amalu.

ShanShan and I take Introduction To Film together and it's so crazy because we found out that Amalu is in the same class. OMG, like we find that out now when the semester is almost over. It's because she always sits in the front row and we sit in the back row. That's sad, I mean that we didn't meet earlier. Ah, what can you do, right?!

I can't believe that I am going home in less that a week. It's weird. I kind of have mixed feelings about that. It's going to be fun to get to relax. I mean that I miss home sometimes but that feeling passes so if I would stay here forever, or just longer I wouldn't miss the as much. Okay no. What miss is being able to relax and the familiarity and doing the things that you can't do here. Mostly that, but I can't wait to celebrate Christmas with my family.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
