A Little Change

Hi guys! As you may have noticed I have changed the appearance of my blog quite a bit. I have wanted to change it for a while now and I have wanted to go back to a classical view. And now I have! What do you guys think of this new look? I love it. I got this rush inspiration when I read a blog by a girl from Swedish Beliebers. Check out her blog here (btw it's all in Swedish but she has really cool pictures, and the look is awesome!). Anyway, so now I have a new look here on Erika's World! Yeah!

Plus now that I am thinking about it. This look is kind of current. Very clean, very white and very winter. Aka the white. LOL. Idk.

Are any of you excited about winter/ the holidays? I am more excited about the holidays than winter. I mean, I am not excited about the snow. Oh no, now snow here! I mean, yes - now on Christmas Eve, day and boxing day but then on the 27th I want it all fucking gone! It is beautiful, but now for six months straight. But we have been very fortunate (in a way that I don't like snow) to not have that much snow the past few winters. LOL. We barely and any snow last winter.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
