Vacation

Hi guys! How is everyone? I am good. Though I am a little sick so I decided to stay home from work today. My physical and mental health needed. Thank God that the season is almost over. But I have actually started a new job as a barista at Espresso House. I am still learning everything and next week my boos is going to teach me how to do coffee. That is exciting. A girl a the coffee shop taught me how to do espressos last earlier this week. Which is the easiest thing in the world. LOL. It exciting to do new things. School starts soon but I feel like I need a vacation. I think that I might go and visit my mom just to get away and have change of scenery. God knows that I need that. But she is here now visiting me. Sadly I have to work tomorrow so we don't get to spend time tomorrow. My shift tomorrow is a freaking death marathon but I am a freaking beast so I will be come in first. LOL. Lets talk another day and see how I feel about everything then.

Hi! Boys and girls! So today I was supposed to go to the preview screening of The Croods  but since I have a huge test tomorrow I thought that it would be better to stay home and study. But I am going to the movies next week since G.I. Joe: Retaliation  premieres next Wednesday. These next couple of days I am kind of buys. Tomorrow I have that (boring) test, the fashion show, on Sunday Anton Ewald is playing and doing a signing at Haninge centrum so I am definitely going to that and on Monday I am going to be an extra in this thing for Let's Dance  (the Swedish version of Dancing with the Stars ). I am not going to dance or anything. My ability is very (VERY) limited in that area. Hahahahahahaha, no dancing from me. I wonder if anyone famous or someone from this season is going to be there. HALLOUMI HOT POT

Hi! OMG I know it's late, but I haven't been feeling well. It's that coffee machine at work. I haven't been sick or anything like that I just feel weird whenever I drink that coffee. I know this but I still continue to drink it. But I have decided that today was the last time. I'll just have to buy instant coffee or nespresso caps (because a woman at work said that I could use her machine) so that I'll get my daily two cups of coffee. 'Cause buying two cups of coffee at the café across the street will in the end be very expensive. I hope that you all are feeling better than I am. I wanted to share a recipe for halloumi hot pot. I love making this asian stew because it's full of vegetables with amazing nutrients. It has broccoli, lentils, sweet potato, carrots, garlic and other delicious vegetables. I do recommend everyone to try this super delicious vegetarian dish this weekend. It is super easy to make and guaranteedly will impress anyone you serve it
